Shipping
We ship via Airbound Pets. Typically, the shipping is an additional $420.00. We also use a pet courier as mentioned above, and their fee varies depending on location, but is usually pretty comparable.
When flying the puppy home, we make our online reservation with Airbound Pets the week before we plan to ship the puppy. The remaining balance is due at this time. Our puppies can be flown out on Fridays. We typically have the puppy's flight information three or four days prior to shipping. We will then e-mail you that information as soon as we have it.
We have been flying puppies for over two decades with not one bad experience. Our puppies always arrive happy, healthy, and still smelling sweet from their baths.

If you opt to use the pet courier, you will pay us the remaining balance for the puppy prior to the puppy leaving us. Then you will pay the courier their fee upon delivery.

At Spring Valley Cavaliers, our greatest desire is to ensure the health and safety of your puppy, while making your purchase as easy and enjoyable as possible.
We guarantee our puppies for one year against life threatening genetic defects.
Our available puppies are pictured on our "Available puppies" page of our website. If you are looking for a specific gender or color that we don't have listed, give us an email, as we typically have a waiting list for certain colors or gender.

Our puppies (both male and female) are priced at $1500.00, unless otherwise marked.
We require a $300.00 non-refundable deposit to be added to our waiting list, or hold a specific puppy. The remaining balance is due the week prior to shipping, or the day you pick up your puppy. This includes all shipping costs which are not included in the purchase price. We can fly our puppies, typically for $420.00. We have had excellent luck with them, with not one bad experience.
We also use a pet courier that drives the puppies and delivers to your home. Their fee varies depending on your location. They are excellent! They will deliver to your home, or somewhere locally depending on your preference. We have had excellent luck with them. They take wonderful care of our puppies. Not only do they love the puppies, but they have experience in caring for puppies. We are certain that our puppies are in good hands with them.
We accept U.S. Postal money orders, cash and PayPal. We strive to make your online purchase enjoyable. We will guide you every step of the way. We check our e-mail frequently and will answer any question as quick as possible. We also send updated pictures of your puppy. We take new pics every two weeks, and videos when they become more active, which is usually around 7 weeks of age or so.
